OUTREACH - Valley Forge Park Rangers

As you are aware, until a Federal Budget is passed, many Federal employees are currently not being paid.  This includes Valley Forge Park Rangers, who provide a very valuable service to Valley Forge Park and to Washington Memorial Chapel.

In an effort to assist them, we are asking that anyone who can provide monetary assistance, to help in any of the following ways:

  • Make a monetary donation to Ann’s Heart in Phoenixville (website: www.annsheart.org). Ann’s Heart has agreed to assist in providing meals to Valley Forge Park employees in need. 

  • Please place “Valley Forge Park - Chapel” in the Comment section.

  • Purchase a grocery gift card and either drop it off at the Chapel Office or place in an envelope marked “Gift Card” and place in the weekend collection plate. All gift cards will be collected by Outreach and delivered to Ann’s Choice to be distributed to Park employees in need.

Any assistance you can provide to our neighbors in need is greatly appreciated.
