In honor of the hard work of Dwight Wilson, former Rector’s Warden and current Accounting Warden of Washington Memorial Chapel, the vestry has established a new Building Fund. This is not the restoration fund or the One Heart & One Mind Capital Campaign Restoration Fund. This fund is purely to help offset costs for expensive repairs (especially the unexpected ones) needed across our 45 acres of property.

This fund will relieve our operating account as large unexpected expenses can cause a cash flow problem and potentially hinder our day to day ministry. We are grateful for the seed money that has already been given for this good purpose and for your generous gifts.

To honor Dwight Wilson for going WAY over and above the call of duty, we have designed a new WMC bowtie. Anyone who gives their first gift of $250 or more will receive a complimentary chapel bowtie like the one Fr. Tommy is wearing in the video.

Thank you for your generosity in giving!
